On April 12th, we gathered for Amazing Grace Night, an unforgettable evening filled with stories of resilience, renewal, and the quiet strength it takes to begin again.
The Steele Family Foundation’s WISE Scholarship Program™ is proud to support Grace Sober Living, a remarkable organization founded on Scott Walker’s legacy. Walker dreamed of creating a place where individuals overcoming addiction could find more than just a roof over their heads. He envisioned a home rooted in faith, accountability, and unconditional support — a place where purpose could take root again.

Today, that dream lives on through every life touched by Grace Sober Living. We are honored to walk alongside them by offering the WISE Scholarship Program™ to residents, women and men ready to invest in themselves and their futures through education.
Amazing Grace Night was a celebration of courage. From Jimmy Walker’s heartfelt words to the powerful testimonies shared throughout the evening, each voice reminded us that grace is not just a gift but a way forward, a way to rebuild, a way to reclaim the life you were meant to live.
At WISE, we believe in second chances — and third and fourth if needed. We believe that education can be a powerful tool in recovery and that healing becomes even more lasting when paired with purpose.
To the entire Grace Sober Living community, thank you for reminding us what it means to lead with love, live with faith, and never give up on what’s possible.
