When a potential fit is identified, we begin with a structured onboarding process to ensure strong alignment and set the stage for smooth implementation. Here’s what that initial phase typically looks like.

1. Partnership Development
Establish strategic partnerships with mission-aligned organizations to integrate WISE’s Earn to Learn model and structure program implementation.

2. Feasibility Study & SSA Selection
Conduct a feasibility study to evaluate program fit. Once confirmed, recruit and train a Senior Scholarship Administrator (SSA) to oversee local WISE program implementation.

3. Program Launch & Implementation
Fully integrate the organization’s “Social & Non Formal” program into the third pillar of WISE, enroll WISE participants, and launch structured learning through the WISE Portal, mentorship, and program tracking.
